One
of the best movies I've seen in ages.
The facial animation is unparalleled, and I think Tom is one of
the funniest characters in the community. I watched this right
after the PP2 preview in the Magazine, and man... Tom's brand of
humor is right alongside my own. Excellent.
There were, of course, a few areas not quite up to the level of
others in this piece, but I found that easily forgivable. Also,
maybe it was my computer or something, but the lip synching was
a frame or two off the whole movie. I'm gonna just say that was
my fault, and give you 'props' for it, because I could tell that
every syllable was correctly done and whatnot. Crazy stuff.
This seemed like an 'opening episode' more than anything; to me
at least. We got introduced to all of the characters, had a
little plot thrown in, set the feel for the type of comedy we
should expect... I dunno, it just felt like there's gonna have
to be more.
Oh please, let there be!
I think Tom's one of my very favorite directors here now. Yupsir.
