The best part
was definitely the Goku, heh heh.
Your whole 'play for a few frames, then freeze' technique worked
pretty well, I didn't have any complaints with the direction or
any of that jazz.
The characters moved like magic. While they didn't look too
realistic at times, they were animated perfectly. Personally, I
do think that you would've been better off with default
characters for the humans, because there's no special
characteristics that they have that would require making them
yourself (Clothes excluded). I mean, don't get me wrong, they
were real cool, but only the swat-ish guys actually deserved to
be hand animated.
I can't say that I followed the story too well, though. Was
there like a storyline to the episode itself, or was it just the
beginning to all the future episodes? A little clarification
would've been nice on a few parts
All in all, a very well crafted, beautifully made movie. I also
didn't think that any songs were totally out of place, the GGD
one's opening fit well, but the lyrics did kinda' mess with the
atmosphere
8.5/10
Short, but very sweet.
